Q. Do I need an appointment to have my vehicle worked on?
A. No, you do not need an appointment to have your vehicle serviced but you can
schedule one if you prefer to.
Q. How long will it take to get my vehicle repaired?
A. Depending on the repair needed, most exhaust repairs are completed in an hour or
less, depending on parts availability. We have a huge selection of exhaust inventory on
hand. All other auto repairs are almost always completed the same day unless a part
needs special ordered.
Q. Do you have anyone to tow my vehicle in for repairs?
A. We do have a towing service available with discounted rates when the vehicle is
brought to Express Muffler for service. Towing rates to our shop are usually around
$60.00 within 10 miles of our shop.
Please call Top Quality Towing at 614-278-3333 and let them know you need your vehicle
towed to Express Muffler & Brake and mention the $60.00 special to receive the
discounted price.
Q. Do you have anyone that can give me a ride home or to work when I
drop my car off?
A. We can give you a ride to where you need to go as long as it is within 5 miles of our
shop. If you will need picked up as well we will need to know as soon as possible to see
if we will have someone available at the right time.
Q. Do you take payments?
A. Unfortunately, we do not finance any work done to vehicle. We do accept Visa,
Mastercard, & Discover Card
Q. Can I bring my own parts?
A. In general, we do not install customer supplied parts. This is due to several factors.
One is we offer a 12 month/12,000 mile Nationwide Warranty through NAPA AutoCare, our
policy states that the parts have to meet a certain standard of quality. The other is
insurance liability reasons.
Q. Do you offer free estimates & diagnostics?
A. We offer free estimates on exhaust and a free visual inspection on brakes. Any
diagnostics we do will be charged for. We will give you an estimate of repairs needed,
and offer different prices and options if any are available before doing any repairs. A full
explanation of the repairs needed will be gone over with you so you understand why
they are needed and how much they will cost, so that you can decide from an informed
position.
